What does it cost?
The quote follows your fleet. Every module is in every quote, nobody pays per user, and there's no setup or implementation fee. Tell us how you run and we'll come back with a real number, usually the same day. The 7-day trial needs no card and the live demo needs no signup, so you can see it all first.
See how quoting worksDo you charge per user?
No. The quote follows your fleet, so adding a dispatcher, a billing clerk or a safety manager doesn't change what you pay, and nobody has to share a login to save money.
Is it too big for a one-truck operation?
No. A one-truck workspace starts with six modules: Dispatch, Billing and settlements, Rate cons and AI, Fuel and IFTA, Safety and compliance, and Factoring. Everything else stays out of the menu until you switch it on in Settings.
What happens when I grow? Can I turn modules off?
You switch on what the bigger operation needs, in the same workspace: Shop and maintenance around ten trucks; People and HR, Brokerage, CRM and sales, Tools and the Driver safety program around a hundred; Dock and warehouse past that. An admin switches modules in Settings, on a desktop or a phone, and the menu changes at once. Dispatch and Billing and settlements are always on. Switching another one off only hides it: its records stay, so there's nothing to migrate either way.
What do I need to start a trial?
Your MC or USDOT number, or just your company name if you don't have one, plus your name and a work email. We fill in the company from FMCSA's public record and email you a 6-digit code that opens the workspace. No credit card, no phone number, no sales call. You set a password from the welcome email.
What happens when the 7-day trial ends?
The trial runs 7 days from the moment you verify your email. When it ends, sign-in switches off and nothing is charged, because there's no card on file. Your data stays in place: to keep going, reply to any of our emails and we'll turn the workspace back on.
Can we bring our existing data?
Drivers, trucks, trailers, carriers and users import from CSV files, and so do loads (in one fixed layout), timesheets, shop customers and work orders, and fuel contract prices. Your freight customer records are added in the app; there's no customer import.
Do we need GPS hardware?
No. Stop milestones from the driver app and shareable tracking links work on their own. Live truck positions, automatic arrivals and departures, and ETAs come from your own Samsara account, connected in Settings.
Is our data isolated and secure?
Your data is scoped to your company's own workspace, with role-based permission groups, MFA and an audit history of changes. The live demo is a separate read-only workspace, and trial workspaces are never shared.
Where do the states on the map come from?
From public inspection records: for trucks and trailers seen in the last 365 days, the states where they were inspected, most inspected first, and the unit numbers an inspector wrote down. That's what we found, not a full count, and local fleets rarely meet an inspector, so some carriers show none. When a trial starts we copy those trucks and trailers into the workspace, and pull your roadside inspections with them. Sold one? Take it off. Missing one? Add it.
